My simple yet effective 10-minute nighttime skincare routine: (time-lapse video)

1. Begin with oil cleansing on dry skin and massage for about 5 minutes.
2. While the oil works on the skin, brush your teeth. Leaving the oil on for a longer time brings more benefits to the skin.
3. Remove the oil with a wet cloth or towel.
4. Apply your retinol or night treatment. I use Retinol 2-3 times a week.
